Leafy DOC is a healthcare technology platform with a team of technology enthusiasts and state-licensed doctors. We believe all people deserve access to medical products if they think it might improve their quality of life.
We help by connecting patients and doctors online, to provide evaluations for each individual looking to better their life.
Whether you’re a connoisseur or thinking of becoming a first-time medical patient, our doctors will listen to your needs and give you an honest opinion about whether they think can help.


  • A medical patient must be 18 years of age or older
  • Only patients who can prove West Virginia residency can apply for the medical program (personal driver’s license, Government ID)
  • West Virginia residents must also have medical records showing a diagnosis that qualifies for medical cards by a licensed doctor.

Medical Patients with the following conditions to apply for a West Virginia medical card:

  • Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)
  • Cancer
  • Crohn’s disease
  • Epilepsy
  • Huntington’s disease
  • Intractable seizures
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Neuropathies (chronic nerve pain)
  • Parkinson’s disease
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder
  • Severe chronic or intractable pain
  • Spinal cord damage
  • Sickle cell anemia
  • Any Terminal illness

  • The West Virginia state program will charge $50 patient ID card application fee, which must be paid by check or money order
