We help by connecting patients and doctors online, to provide evaluations for each individual looking to better their life. Whether you’re a connoisseur or thinking of becoming a first-time medical patient, our doctors will listen to your needs and give you an honest opinion about whether they think can help.

IOWA FAQs

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • You must be able to provide proof of your Iowa residency
  • You must have an Iowa driver’s license or an ID card issued by the Iowa Department of Transportation.
  • You must have a diagnosis that qualifies in Iowa
  • You must be certified by a physician.

  • AIDS/HIV
  • Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis aka Lou Gehrig’s Disease
  • Any terminal illness with a probable life expectancy of under one year – if the illness or its treatment produces one or more of the following: severe or chronic pain, nausea or severe vomiting, cachexia or severe wasting
  • Cancer – if the illness or its treatment produces one or more of the following: severe or chronic pain, nausea or severe vomiting, cachexia or severe wasting.
  • Chronic pain
  • Corticobasal Degeneration
  • Crohn’s disease
  • Multiple Sclerosis (MS) with severe and persistent muscle spasms
  • Parkinson’s Disease (PD)
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Seizures
  • Severe, intractable autism with self-injurious or aggressive behaviors
  • Ulcerative colitis

  • The Iowa state program will charge $100 for the application but with proof of eligibility will reduce your fee to $25.
